Insights Group provides educational training for other professionals who want to strengthen their understanding of OCD and eating disorders. Sessions are designed for clinicians, treatment teams, hospitals, and organizations building or refining programs in these areas. Training is available in person in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, or online for teams anywhere in the country.

Training Topics
Trainings draw on the same evidence based approaches used in our clinical work.
OCD Training
Sessions cover the recognition and diagnosis of OCD, an overview of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and guidance on building treatment plans grounded in current research.
Eating Disorder Training
Sessions cover recognizing signs and presentations of eating disorders, evidence based treatment approaches, and strategies for coordinating care across a treatment team.
Integrated Treatment for OCD and Eating Disorders
OCD and eating disorders often occur together, and treating them separately can leave gaps in care. Trainings are also offered on the integration of treatment for both conditions, helping teams recognize when they're co-occurring and build a coordinated approach rather than addressing each in isolation.
Content can be tailored to a group's specific needs, whether that means a general overview for a broader staff or a deeper dive for a clinical team.
Trainings Format
Trainings are offered both in person and online, depending on what works best for your team.
Groups located in New Hampshire and Massachusetts often choose in person sessions. Teams outside this area, or those who simply prefer the flexibility, can meet with us online.
National Availability
Insights Group's scope of practice is not limited to New England. Elian and the team regularly provide training and consultation to organizations across the country. As one example, we're currently consulting with a mental health hospital in Oklahoma as they build a new program for eating disorders and OCD.
In person training is available nationally as well. For locations beyond a radius of 50 miles from our office in Rye, New Hampshire, additional travel expenses may apply.
