Board Approved Clinical Supervision in New Hampshire
Clinical supervision is a formal, board regulated relationship in which a licensed clinician oversees the work of a prelicensed clinician who is completing the hours and training required for full licensure. It is a distinct role from professional consultation, carrying its own set of legal and ethical responsibilities under state licensing boards.
Elian Beattie, MS, LMHC, LCMHC, owner and clinical director of Insights Group, is a board approved clinical supervisor in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She brings over a decade of clinical experience, specialized training, and a supervisory approach grounded in evidence based practice to every supervisory relationship.

Supervisor Background and Training
Elian's supervision is informed by extensive clinical training and experience, including:
- Board approved supervisor status in NH and MA
- Graduate internship completed at the OCD Institute (OCDI) at McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA
- Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) trainings through the International OCD Foundation
- Executive board member of OCDNH, the New Hampshire affiliate of the International OCD Foundation
- Worked in residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care for eating disorders in Boston, MA
- Over ten years of clinical experience treating eating disorders, OCD, and anxiety disorders across residential and outpatient levels of care
This background allows supervisees to receive guidance that goes beyond general oversight and into specialized, condition specific clinical development.
