Sometimes, the first step toward meaningful support is simply understanding what’s going on. A neuropsychological or psychoeducational evaluation helps identify how a person thinks, learns, processes information, and manages emotions. These assessments are often recommended when there are questions about attention, learning, memory, behavior, or emotional functioning—especially in school-aged children, teens, or adults facing work or academic challenges.
Evaluations aren’t about labels—they’re about answers, clarity, and next steps.

What Evaluations Can Help With:
- ADHD, executive functioning, or attention issues
- Learning differences like dyslexia or processing delays
- Memory, problem-solving, or cognitive changes
- Emotional or behavioral challenges
- School accommodation needs (e.g., IEP or 504 Plan)
- Autism spectrum traits
- Understanding strengths and challenges in gifted or twice-exceptional individuals
What to Expect
Our evaluations are comprehensive and compassionate. We take time to get a full picture—not just through testing, but through conversations with you, your child (if applicable), teachers, and other providers when needed. When you receive an evaluation at Insights Group, you will first have an introductory meeting with your psychologist to discuss your background and history and gather any data that is relevant for them to determine the appropriate assessments to use to address your presenting problems or questions.
At your next meeting, you will complete the specific assessments necessary for your psychologist to make diagnoses and/ or recommendations. Once the evaluation is complete, you’ll receive a detailed report and a feedback session where we walk through the results and clear, practical recommendations. You will receive a copy of your report, and Insights Group is able to provide official copies to any person, academic institution, or organization that you desire.
We don’t just hand you data—we give you insight and a path forward.
Whether it’s helping a child succeed in school or giving an adult clarity about how their brain works, our goal is to empower you with knowledge and support.
