Sports coaching relies on psychological perspectives and skills to address optimal performance and well-being of athletes. Your sports coach will consider developmental and social aspects of sports participation, and the systemic issues associated with sports settings and organizations, as part of the process to achieve the goals established by the client.
WHERE CAN I MEET WITH MY SPORTS COACH?
Depending upon the needs, preferences and schedule of the individual, coaching can be accomplished in a variety of ways: in-person, video, teleconference, or through a combination of these methods.
